This is the man who helped subdue the passenger who was trying to open the emergency exit door on Frontier Airlines flight 3345.
His name is Josh Longood, an Ohio native, a true hero who saved the day and helped take control of the situation.
Josh was on a flight home to Chicago from his brother's bachelor's party in Puerto Rico when another passenger allegedly assaulted a flight attendant who attempted to pick up his bag and then attempted to open an emergency exit door on the Frontier flight.
Longood was in the right place at the right time. He's a former professional MMA fighter and a current competitive BJJ black belt.
He said he is lucky he is a light sleeper and was only a row of seats away when everything went down.
Longwood said he restrained the man once for about 10 minutes and then a second time when the man slipped his restraints. He controlled him for another 20-30 minutes until the airplane made an emergency landing in Miami.
You can see the authorities waiting for the plane to arrive and escorting the man off the plane.
Apparently he was drunk.
Thankful for people like Josh. We need more in this world like him.
If you are trained in martial arts, have you ever had to use your training to save yourself or someone else?
All hail the queen! Happy 46th hatchday to Indy, our beloved Egyptian vulture and one of the most iconic residents at DZCA! 🎂
Born April 30, 1980, Indy is nothing short of extraordinary. The maximum recorded lifespan for an Egyptian vulture in human care is 37 years, and our girl is thriving at 46 with the grace and regality she's always carried. 👑
At DZCA, Indy is treated like the royalty she is. She enjoys temperature-controlled indoor access year-round, and when she does make an appearance outside, you'll find her holding court in the Primate Panorama Forest Aviary, where she has called home for decades.
Her longevity is a testament to the exceptional, dedicated care she receives from her team every single day, and a reminder of what's possible when animals are truly known, loved, and cared for.
Here's to 46 magnificent years, Indy. We love you endlessly. ✨

Unbelievable.
One of the greatest journalists of this generation, Scott Pelley, dismissed by @CBSNews as it continues to gut what has been the best longform news show magazine tv, @60Minutes
Just incredibly sad to see.
CBS has become a joke.
@lima_alpha_lima@Dailymeoww1@JessieBahrey They wanted me to pay vet bills to raise their kittens from their unspayed cat lol my cat went right to the vet. I don't know what they did with theirs and I did not pay.
@lima_alpha_lima@Dailymeoww1@JessieBahrey Oh yeah, moons ago my Louis ginger cat as yet unneutered found a way out of the garage, where I fed him on a rack to a girl kitty's house and knocked her up apparently he was living there while I was at work and they thought he was his and when I found out and said no, he's mine
