Scaling options
A1: stay at light to moderate weight focusing on technique
A2: scale to a partner spotting feet or 8-12 Bicep Curls at moderate weight
Conditioning:
∗ scale to kipping pull-ups - or banded strict pull-ups (30-20-10 reps)
∗scale WT to 50-60% technique focused
