It’s my birthday. And I’ve been getting a TIDAL WAVE of love from spirits people. It’s…unreal.
If you want to make friends, start asking questions about whiskey. It’s my main recommendation in this life.
Trying a bit of the newly resurrected REWCO Rye from Rolling Fork Spirits. Cask strength 109.4 proof, blend of 74/11/15 and 95/5 rye mashbills
Drinks like a Kentucky style rye with lots of pastry and a little mint from the 95/5. A solid deal for around $60 IMHO.
I am absolutely honored to be inducted into this year's Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame. Thank you, all, for the support over the years! https://t.co/qi2oSTIc2H
This is always a fun (if imperfect!) list to put together.
The one whiskey you should bring back from each state!
Any of your favorites make the list? Which would you swap?

Make Whiskey Not War.
Hard to argue with that.
Especially when the whiskey in question is Double Double Oaked.
Available now on Seelbach’s.

I did some storytelling regarding my Seelbach’s single barrel of Copper & Kings that revolves around America’s 250th anniversary

On May 12, my SIB selection of Copper & Kings brandy hits Seelbach’s. 6 yr in ex-bourbon. Almost 6 yr in Peerless rye barrel. Almost 12 total years. 111 proof.
