It has been obvious for years- it smells bad- yet dentists and so called nutritionists advising on school meals have been pushing sweeteners on children. Shame on them all! Time for home cooked approach and get rid of UPF from children’s diets.

Coca-Cola. They put the sugar in to hide the salt. The salt and the caffeine make you pee more and then you’re totally dehydrated, so you drink more! Only two people know the ingredients and they’re not allowed to fly on the same plane. And you give this garbage to your kids. Mixed with bicarbonate of soda it cleans the toilet beautifully!
