This winter I’ve focused on a slower, controlled load to stay balanced and avoid drifting forward in my swing. Feeling great with my progress and excited to show the results of all the winter work this high school season
Here are some of my swings off the tee, soft toss, and bp.
This week at the super 18 I batted .545 with 3 doubles. Below are some of my swings from the weekend. I got on the mound again this week allowing 0 hits and 0 runs in 0.2 innings, and most importantly, my arm feels great after TJ nearly a year ago.
Great weekend at the super 17 this past weekend. Hit .416 with 1 HR and 2 triples. This was also my first time on the mound since Tommy John a year ago. Here are a few videos from the weekend.
