@NissanUK not impressed. Stranded for 6 hours with an EV system fault…now 0117am and still awaiting a recovery vehicle. Love of Leaf is dwindling very fast. Hope it gets fixed quickly ! 🤬😡

@NissanUK Day 21 of this saga. I’m wondering if Maurice exists or is a plant in the corner of the office collecting complaints? Nissan Customer Service please help. Your call centre can only forward me to Maurice who is never available or rings back. Where is my car & what is the problem?

@NissanUK Day 7 - been told that the car is being taken back to the factory to assess a fault with the HV batteries themselves. No idea on timeframe. Internal combustion engines….the future :-)

@NissanUK Erm….waiting for the dealership to work out what’s wrong with it…not looking until Tuesday though. Aside from the fact it died my grumpiness is at the recovery process which took way too long, so 100% not Nissan’s fault obviously!
