Nobody quits at the start. You quit in the middle, where it's just repetition and nobody's watching.

Which is why "remember why you started" only works if the why is bigger than you. Not a goal you can renegotiate on a bad morning.

Motivation is a feeling. A reason is a fact.

So get specific. Not "get fitter". A name, a face, a version of your life you refuse to hand over.

Find the reason you can't argue with. Then the middle looks after itself.

A lot of you may have seen already that I'm working with a fellow Veteran to make a documentary about my life, my story, and where I am now.

Because I don’t have a very big social media following big production company’s aren’t interested, so it’s just two Veterans self-funding something we believe could have a positive impact on people.
