So let’s get this straight, you make a league of 5 teams from the states, excluding half the best players in the country from being in it & then give absolutely no resources to the tier 2 scene where you banished half of those players, then say this on twitter like what anyone is asking for is some sort of insane idea. What we want: support for the tier 2 scene, incentive for orgs, a realistic schedule so orgs don’t have order 66 their team after every season. Please explain how this is “tier 1 expectations”

It is very simple, supporting the tier 2 scene is supporting the foundation of your game. From the coaches to the experienced players to the new comers from ranked who have to prove themself, they all promote your game and build the foundation that “develops” players. you fail to do your job which is the absolute bare minimum for supporting tier 2, (literally just don’t make it to the point where every single org wants nothing to do

Also I just want to be clear here at the end.

1. You announce franchising & half the jobs in NA are killed overnight.
2. You announce who made the cut & the rest get killed.
3. You announce no plan for tier 2 for a long time & keep it some secret only some orgs with “ins” get to know about.
4. You finally announce challengers & make it out to be some supported riot funded system to funnel talent and players into franchising.
5. You then allocate little to nothing to challenges as far as financial incentives go.
6. You then schedule the season to have a 6 month break, knowingly killing all of the “developing” teams forcefully at your own hand.
7. You leave everyone in the dark on any changes or possible off season events
8. You come to twitter and say that the complaints you are receiving about tier 2 are based in a misconception that we all think we deserve “tier 1 expectations” ridiculous.
9. You give no incentive to ranked for years & refuse to allow any other people hold leagues or 10 mans with value, the reason why your main competitor was so big was because these third party ranked platforms were amazing at funneling tier 2 / 3 talent into the tier 1 scene and gave everything a clear place to grind for pro.
10. I’m glad all the teams are coming to NA for champions so they can see how absolutely murdered the scene is. I hope they go onto pracc and check who’s looking for scrims *queue the spider man meme*

All anyone wants it a realistic amount of support, clear expectations, a realistic season schedule & announcements for future plans.
