You know the RM2,500 lifestyle relief can be claimed for reading materials.

But what you probably DON’T KNOW is that it applies to ANY reading material (physical/electronic).

As long as it’s not banned, you can claim.

Examples:

• Audiobooks on Audible
• Online subscription to The Star
• Kindle books (but not Kindle itself)
• Children’s story books (incl. e-books)
• Language learning books from Shopee
• Research reports / industry write-ups

Most people underclaim this relief not because they don’t qualify, but because they don’t realize what counts.
