@Penguin01XP The amendment isn’t intended to criminalise ABDL. And the Baroness that introduced specifically acknowledge this in her speech. Concern for its implications are warranted but the suggestion it criminalises ABDL are wrong
@abysitter A lot of concern was based on the wording used by the government to describe the amendment ie role play but that actually isn’t present in the amendment. It is right for people to be cautious of what they post but I think the bulk of content wouldn’t fall into scope
@abysitter The amendment includes a provision for the context of the photo to be taken into account and is worded “appears or implied to be a child”. My assumption is that the sorts of content it is aimed at the community would also want banned.
@Dudleyboi1 My understanding of the amendment (https://t.co/s2lGGm07wm) is that it targets indecent images and take the context of the picture into account so, though badly thought through and concerning, isn’t aimed at the bulk ABDL pics
