Interesting direction. It feels like the industry is gradually moving from prompt-centric systems to interaction-centric systems.
As agent ecosystems become more heterogeneous, the challenge shifts from generating the next message to coordinating interactions across runtimes, tools, workflows, and frameworks.
I’ve been exploring a similar problem space with OpenAgentIO:

AaaS makes sense. But I suspect we’ll eventually have dozens (or hundreds) of agent services inside organizations.
At that point the problem shifts from “how to host an agent” to “how do all these agents communicate, share context, and stay observable?”
That’s the direction I’m currently exploring with OpenAgentIO.
