The NCAA needs some situational awareness here.
@CalPolyBSB is playing 3 time zones away at @WVUBaseball for the Supers. They’ll fly from the Central Coast to WV, possibly a 3-leg trip. Yet they make Game 1 a 9am pacific start time. C’mon guys, this shouldn’t happen.
We can't wait to welcome David Bakhtiari '09, former Green Bay Packers left tackle, as this year's Fund a Dream 2026 keynote speaker on March 14, 2026.

I sat down last week with @realDrewDowd on The Athlete’s Porch to talk about his journey.
My favorite part? How he explains his competitive edge.
The kid was 5’3” in high school at one point.

Here's a report from those of us living in California. The avg electricity cost is >$0.32/kWh, 77% above the national average. The spread for commercial rates is even higher. Gasoline prices of ~$4.36/gallon (which is low where I live) are ~ 50% higher here than the national average and close to the avg price in Hawaii which has no oil and one refinery! California has the 5th largest crude reserves in the US just below Alaska and above Oklahoma and operates 13 refineries down from 50 in 1980 and two more, Phillips 66 in LA and Valero in Benicia, representing 17.5% of the state's refining capacity are shutting down citing Gov. Newsom's regulations.
There are things politicians can do to raise costs and things they can do to lower them. If you want to figure out what not to do, those of us living in the Golden State don't need to look very far.
