@thekrogerco Just read about your corporate move to offer additional 20% discounts to shoppers who use SNAP etc. Seriously, their grocery money is free to them paid for by your tax paying customers. Meanwhile the price of groceries is up almost 30%. Kroger=no help to so many.

SO WHY ARE US TAXPAYERS STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR THESE ILLEGALS JUST UNDER A DIFFERENT ACCOUNTING LABEL OF FOREIGN AID - AT $1 MILLION PER DEPORTEE? PROBABLY COULD HAVE KEPT THEM IN THE ROOSEVELT HOTEL IN NYC FOR LESS. GEESH - THAT'S SOME DEAL ALL RIGHT BUT NOT FOR THE US TAXPAYER

At this point both men are playing keyboard cowboy games and it needs to just stop since it doesn't do anything good for we the people and it doesn't expose the real problems within our government and the politicians who are responsible.

Not sure who actually crafted this big beautiful bill - but seems like Elon and all his efforts at DOGE had little to do with it. So he saw the waste and now sees this bill is going to permit more waste (pork) and calls Trump out on it - don't blame him for getting ticked .

Personally think they should have bills that address each issue individually so that the real problem (politicians who are pushing for pork to get their vote) are exposed.

unfortunately Trump doesn't like the criticism of it because he's trying to push through the bigger issues in the bill and probably realizes to get that he has to allow some pork.

The tariff thing is "in concept" good, too bad we don't have infrastructure to support. AND big companies like Apple are going to shift from China to India but not coming home to USA so what good did that do. Basically Pres. Trump, you are kicking butt - OURS NOT THEIRS!
