Last Saturday, we traveled to New York for one of my favorite recurring Vintage events of all time--the NYSE. (it stands for New York Stax Exchange--a reference to the Smokestack based Workshop decks prominent in the 2000's). This year was the eighth iteration. /1

Is there a good article anywhere that covers what cards from these new sets are Vintage playable?

I can't even remember the names of these sets. The Brady Bunch 2025? Universe to Something? Big Metal Fantasy Space Race? And of course "Requiem: Tarkir without Dromoka."

The point here was that the poster I responded to either didn't read the fact pattern or didn't comprehend it since they thought he was disqualified while wearing a MAGA hat.

@conorjclarke @CardTitan @wizards_magic @Hasbro @Pittsburgh_DLCC I come from the left, spent a lot of time in advocacy for LGBTQ (and am one myself), & am not Republican but having taken many formerly unpopular positions (equal marriage) it bothers me to see an opaque disqualification of a controversial figure. Some may disagree; that's ok.

@richardhochy @conorjclarke He wasn't removed from an event for wearing a hat. He was preemptively disqualified from an event that he did not intend to wear the hat to.

How is it possible that I search the "Tarkir: Dragonstorm" spoiler for five keywords and they all come up null?

Is this really happening? A Tarkir set without Dragonlords? Are they forthcoming? I'm vexed.
