What we’ve been witnessing is exactly what some have said the constitution needed to be. Ever expanding interpreted in multiple ways.
What you are witnessing is the Supreme Court doing that for us but with our system set up in a way that can be expanded.
Sending it back to the house to be rewritten and more precise instead of so vague, where there are no more questionable decisions within our laws.
