@siphilp @lesmillsUK And the fact that Sprint is still not in many clubs. I'm fortunate in that I have 2 permanent classes per week. Both at 6am and both packed out with a diverse demographic. Its an amazing workout, but the cost to clubs must be too high or many more would have it
