Huge shoutout to the @HouseGOP and @SenateGOP for passing the Secure America Act and delivering for the American people. @POTUS Trump signed into law the bill that will allow our great men and women to continue providing the STRONGEST border security in the history of this country. This bill allows us to continue fulfilling President Trump’s campaign promises to secure the border, protect Americans, finish The Wall, and it also ensures that we are able to launch the LARGEST deportation operations ever seen. Thanks to the STRONG leadership and the path forward coming from President Trump @VP Vance @WhiteHouse @SecMullinDHS and Border Czar @RealTomHoman. This bill will allow ICE & Border Patrol to remain fully funded without the threat of a shutdown impacting pay and operations through FY29. We are thankful for the strong leadership of @POTUS Trump and the support of those in Congress who want to continue with the strongest border in the history of this great country!

Thank you Senate Republicans for passing the Budget Reconciliation Bill last week that will give Border Patrol and ICE stable funding for the next three years.  You cannot continue to secure the border without funding, and we are already 8 months into the fiscal year with no prospect that the Democrats were willing to compromise.  It is regrettable it came to this, but we appreciate the Senators who did the right thing by voting for this legislation.  Next comes the House, and we urge all House Members to vote for the bill.  Let’s get this on the President’s desk as soon as possible!

Trump for hosting the @BPUnion Executive Committee at the @WhiteHouse Rose Garden for dinner in honor of Police Week. We want to thank @SecMullinDHS @FBIDirectorKash and of course, @VP J.D. Vance for their hospitality. The National Border Patrol Council will not stay silent. We will defend our members when others attack them for nothing more than political expediency and personal gain.

Extreme leftist advocate Chuck Schumer chose to attack and undermine Border Patrol agents and ICE officers—disrespecting the very people who risk their lives to protect this country.

Let’s be clear. The problem isn’t the agents on the line—it’s politicians like Schumer who tear them down to appease the extreme and unhinged maniacs who hate law and order.

Border Patrol agents don’t make the laws—they enforce them. And they do it every day under dangerous, difficult conditions. Elected politicians in Congress like Chuck Schumer make the very laws they criticize.

These are the same agents who respond when the country needs them most—deploying to natural disasters like hurricanes, floods, and wildfires, and assisting law enforcement at the Local, State and Federal levels in tracking down and capturing some of the most dangerous criminals in this country, including escaped fugitives.

When Americans are in danger, Border Patrol agents respond and serve in any capacity.

WE STAND WITH AND SUPPORT OUR AGENTS! We support all law enforcement, and we will not tolerate anyone who disrespects our wonderful men and women protecting America!

The courageous men and women of Border Patrol and ICE risk their lives every day working in the field and behind the scenes to keep our communities safe and enforce the laws that Congress has enacted.

These public safety servants deserve the complete and total support of Congress.

The Senate bill’s failure to provide ALL DHS agencies and employees with the resources and tools they need to do their jobs safely and effectively is completely unacceptable and should not stand.

The Senate should immediately pass the @HouseGOP CR and then use every procedure and parliamentary tool they have to break through ANY filibuster and pass a full DHS funding package that has the backs of ALL our public safety servants and support staff.
