@CityPowerJhb Why is Honeydew/Laserpark in block 11 always ignored! We are asking every hour for updates but silence. You know exactly where we are situated cos we are here EVERY GOD DAMN WEEK asking the same thing! HONEYDEW LASERPARK ROODEPOORT ‼️

@CityPowerJhb Going onto 30hrs w/out power in Mandarin rd, Zeiss, Laser Park, Hans & Johan rds in Honeydew Block 11. Calls logged still in a Created state. Why do we log calls if we’ll be ignored? 100s of residents asking for updates but we are being ignored? Are you doing us a favour?

No technical team are onsite or have been despatched?I wish you would take us seriously n take action and accountability for your screw ups. Honeydew is the worst place to live, as you pay to have less electricity than actual electricity...

@CityPowerJhb 7hrs and counting! No sensible updates on the outage in the Mandarin Honeydew area (Block 11). We get more days without power in this area and we are obliged to pay for it. Will this take days to fix, seeing that we are being ignored? @TshifuMashava I’ll keep tagging you!!!!

more complaints from residents in the Mandarin area in Honeydew Block 11. Unplanned outages have become a CRISIS and we hardly have power. I will keep tagging you until you do something. We pay for this but we lament and suffer every week. DO SOMETHING!!

@CityPowerJhb So in other words... nothing has been done from ur last update? Do you understand what ppl go through in this area weekly? And your contractors take there granny time to resolve the issue FFS
