She was a labor and delivery nurse. She knew exactly what a child’s airway looks like. She waited until her husband left the house. That’s not “a break.” That’s a plan.
A jury just hung 11–1. One person wouldn’t fold. Good. Because “she was struggling” is not a magic wand that makes three kids un-strangled.
If your first instinct after three dead children is to defend the person who killed them, sit with that. That’s not compassion. That’s you telling the world those kids were a footnote to her feelings.
