SO let me get this straight, a San Francisco family that went into the shelter system and is in the pipeline for housing is going to be evicted at the point of arrest… so they can go outside and then be arrested for not being in a shelter. Great job everybody!

@DeanPreston Idk if this is always the case… particularly with folks in temporary states that cause them to make decisions they wouldn’t otherwise make in a different state of mind. So many irreversible things happen in impulsive, temporary, and altered states.
