It was a pleasure to meet and congratulate Ms. Echo Jin, a 9th grader from Woodland Hills and the winner of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for CA-32, along with her mother, Minjuan Huang.
Congratulations, Echo, on this well-deserved honor!
Today, I was proud to be joined by #Korean American community leaders, advocates, and fellow Members of Congress to highlight my "Peace on the Korean Peninsula Act" — legislation to formally end the Korean War and finally bring an end to America's longest-running forever war.

At Today's @USHouseFSC Capital Markets Subcommittee hearing, I emphasized the importance of protecting retirement investments through strong regulatory protections and expanding access to safe and affordable investment options for Americans.
I met with @federalreserve Chairman Kevin Warsh yesterday in my Washington office.
We spoke for a little under an hour and discussed steps the Federal Reserve is taking to get better data.

Today, I joined @SenWarren, @RepMaxineWaters, and my Democratic colleagues to condemn President Trump's refusal to sign the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
The bill includes my Housing Unhoused Disabled Veterans Act, which helps disabled homeless veterans access housing. Instead, Trump wants to have veterans sleep in the streets just to control California's elections.
He must put his ego aside, put the American people first, and sign this historic bill. (1/2)
Great meeting today with Minister Ken Ono from @JapanEmbassyDC in my Washington office.
We had an excellent discussion on strengthening the U.S. - #Japan alliance and working together to preserve and promote peace in East Asia.
Congress overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan housing bill that would help millions of Americans, including my legislation to remove barriers to housing for disabled homeless veterans.
Trump is now holding this bill hostage in an effort to control California's elections.
Veterans should not be sleeping on our streets because of Trump's political games.

Today, I was joined by fellow Members of Congress, @ANCA_DC, and Armenian American community leaders to highlight my bipartisan amendment demanding the immediate and unconditional release of #Armenian prisoners of war held by Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan must release Armenian POWs now, and Congress must be clear in demanding they do so.

It was great to be back at Warner Center Park as the @ValleyCulturalF Concerts in the Park series returns for another season.
Be sure to stop by my office’s constituent service booth throughout the summer, where my team will be available to help connect Valley residents with federal resources and assistance.
People in the Valley are asking me why I’m not at the White House birthday party.
I’ve told them that none of the other fighters are willing to get in the ring with me.
Twenty-one years ago, I delivered a @UCLA commencement address where I discussed the future of AI long before it became a household topic.
Returning to UCLA today, I revisited that same subject, examining the opportunities, risks and responsibilities.
