Hey @Ford @FordService @jimfarley98 — Small biz owner trying to build a fleet, but our 2024 Maverick Hybrid has failed CV axles & a leaking valve cover at 60.6k mi (<1% past warranty). No response on CRC Case # CXH-09719082-R8Y3G9. Can someone review for goodwill assistance?

@unafordabledoc @Ford @FordService @jimfarley98 @Ford messaged me once so far. Yes, generic and not real helpful. They did tell me about a recall though.... that I already knew about.... and can't get fixed because the replacement parts are also failing. I have to try though.
