Today in the cage, I was tested 📝

I had 12 different hitters today, all with unique needs.

It would be easy to run them all through the same generic programs and keep it one size fits all, but that’s not reality.

Some needed swing down, some needed swing up. Some needs short and quick, some needed long and through. Some needed to let it loose and feel open, some needed to stay strict and feel closed.

Find what your hitter needs, not what some claim to be correct.

Find a hitting coach that will guide you to find YOUR swing.

Great start to the fall for the ladies. Bats were on 🔥 35 runs in 3 games. @BraeleeBurskey lead the way with an .857 avg 😳 with multiple extra base hits. @claireritt24 With 3 XBH, .625avg. @Sydneydobbs6 and @Jacque_is_1 did not allow an ER in their appearances 🔒#SheRakes
