It was great to welcome @PierrePoilievre to Central Nova yesterday!
The highlight of his visit was stopping in with the Cougias family so Pierre could make and try what I believe is the best pizza in Canada, Pictou County’s famous brown sauce pizza! A sincere thank you to the Cougias family for opening their doors and sharing a tradition that has become such an important part of our community’s identity.
I’ve always believed that when national leaders visit our area, it’s important to take the opportunity to showcase the incredible local businesses and families that make Central Nova such a great place to live. Our small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and I will always do my best to support and promote them whenever I have the opportunity.
While Pierre was here we had time to discuss the issues that matter to people across Central Nova, as well as the future of the Conservative Party in Atlantic Canada. We talked about the feedback we continue to hear from residents and the importance of growing by listening to people, staying connected in our communities, and focusing on practical solutions that reflect the priorities of Atlantic Canadians.
What is especially encouraging is that Central Nova has welcomed Pierre Poilievre, @ScottAAitchison, @adamchamb, and @KronisTamara over the past two weeks. That level of attention shows that our riding is being heard and that the ideas, concerns, and opportunities coming from our communities are part of the broader national conversation.
Thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday’s visit possible. It was a great day to showcase local business, have important conversations, and continue building momentum for our communities and for Atlantic Canada.
#REPORT: Leaked government public opinion research has found that the Liberals' Alto high speed rail project is unpopular, even among those who live along the project's proposed route, with Canadians believing that the Liberals should be focused on "more urgent priorities."
The Canadian Armed Forces has expanded its restrictions on public prayer, barring chaplains and anyone providing spiritual services at official military ceremonies from using faith-specific language—including references to God—in a move critics say amounts to an attack on religious freedom.

I am afraid for my grandchildren.
I grew up in a Canada where hard work actually delivered a middle-class life. You could buy a home. You could raise a family without drowning in debt or living in your parents’ basement into your thirties. That was normal. That was the deal.
Today that deal is gone.
Home ownership is no longer a realistic goal for huge numbers of young Canadians. Starting a family is treated like a luxury. The basic pillars of a secure life that my generation took for granted have been deliberately eroded in just eleven years of Liberal government.
They stacked the institutions. They turned the public broadcaster into a taxpayer-funded propaganda arm. They filled the Senate with “independents” who vote like loyalists. They appointed the judges, the RCMP Commissioner, the Governor General, and now a brand-new COO in the PMO with deep ties to Hillary Clinton and Bloomberg circles. Mark Carney barely bothers with Parliament. He announces massive spending and policy shifts while the House is empty. He jet-sets to Davos, the EU, and the same global networks while Canadians face food banks, record wait times, and a currency the world is shorting.
Immigration at volumes the country cannot house or integrate. Housing costs that lock an entire generation out. Productivity and investment that stagnate. A middle class that is being hollowed out in real time. And through it all, the same people who engineered this refuse to admit a single failure. They keep repeating that they are “making life better” while the evidence piles up in every unaffordable city and every delayed hospital procedure.
My grandchildren are inheriting a country where the path I walked no longer exists. Hard work alone no longer guarantees a home or a family. That is not progress. That is managed decline dressed up as virtue.
Eleven years of Liberal rule produced this. Carney is simply continuing the project with better branding and the same agenda. They will never say it out loud. They will never take responsibility.
I am not angry for myself. I already had my shot. I am terrified for the kids coming up behind us who are being told this broken system is the best they can expect.
This is the future they are building. And they still have the gall to call it leadership.
The fact the Supreme Court is re-opening an ethics probe into the WE scandal is recognition of the Institutionalized corruption that propped up Trudeau.
As time passes, I suspect there will be more sober second looks at how Trudeau got away with all he did.
Changing the subject doesn't answer the question.
Why did taxpayers cover more than $524,000 in in-flight catering during the Prime Minister's first year in office?
Donald Trump caused oil prices to surge
Causing Canada to have GDP Growth after suffering a recession
Instead of thanking Donald Trump
All the Elbows Up fans are cheering Mark Carney which has done absolutely NOTHING 😭
We're approving major projects that create good jobs, grow Canada's economy, protect the environment, and uphold Indigenous rights ⛏️
Referred to the Major Projects Office last year, today’s federal approval of the Crawford Nickel Project in Northern Ontario is a major step forward for Canada’s critical minerals industry, paving the way for billions in new investment and thousands of good Canadian jobs.
This is how your government creates certainty so we can spend less time on bureaucracy, and more time on building 🦺

Building the Conservative Party of BC has been the honour of a lifetime.
When I joined our party and stepped into my role in 2022, we were polling at two percent, had a broken website, old branding, no money in the bank and almost no members at all.
In just a few short years, we made history, surging to unprecedented support, presenting a powerful modern brand, fueled by the largest membership in the province, all under a multi million dollar organization.
Most importantly, we came within a hair of forming a majority government. From two percent to over forty in just a few years.
Serving as both Campaign Manager and Executive Director has been the highlight of my career. I owe a debt of gratitude to every single Conservative who joined our movement for common sense change. I am extremely proud of the movement we built and will continue to build.
Whether it was then or now, you are part of the future BC needs. After a decade of decline, the BC NDP has driven our province to the brink of total collapse.
Now, more than ever, Conservatives need to keep their focus on winning elections and forming a majority government. Focus Conservatives!
The Hon. Kerry-Lynne Findlay has a fresh mandate from our members and is leading our party into the next chapter. I wish her and her team the very best of luck. I leave on amicable and mutual terms.
I am excited for my next chapter, where I will continue fighting back against the radical policies that plague the western world, beyond just BC.
YIKES 🇨🇦 CHINA is continuing their anti dumping investigation into pea starch imports from Canada, until February 2027 🤯
This comes as CHINA imposed a 73.5% tariff on Canada as of July 2026. ELBOWS UP 🇨🇦
Charge of terrorism, bail, charge of assault police, bail, charge of mischief for grandmother - straight to jail no bail. The inability of the criminal industrial complex to tell the difference between right and wrong, what a community needs and what it needs to be protected form appears to be lost to the system.

Ill take a judicial coup. 🤷🏼♂️ Cant be worse than what we have.
