I told him to prioritize areas where Chelsea is struggling like wingers, CBs, and an experienced midfielder who will guide the ones already here.

It’s important to have experience in your squad to bring balance. Leadership sometimes comes with experience, and it mostly comes from those who’ve won trophies in the dressing room.

Eghbali is a good guy. He listened. I wish Chelsea all the best and hope they will be stronger next season than this one.
