@katienotopoulos @silviakillings It was a while ago; think I just used the basic vanilla ice cream recipe from David lebovitz and when heating the cream mixture to infuse with vanilla bean added a generous handful of long pepper, and left it in the fridge to steep a little longer before straining and churning.

@katienotopoulos If you make your own ice cream or know someone who does try steeping the base with a big bunch of Indian long pepper. Too spicy when ground, but when steeped whole it stays mild and results in a super unique chocolate/juniper/??? flavor.
