In order to secure 2024, I need your help. I'm in a legal battle (Fulgham v Ware) in an effort to force the Ware County Board of Elections to explain how 100 ballots were scanned for the second time 5 days after certification when the physical ballots should have been locked away.

The Chairman of the Board of Elections and Supervisor of Elections are hiding behind an attorney who has claimed in legal documents that they do not have to answer questions and explain their own 2020 records.

I need you to call your Board of Commissioners and ask them to demand written answers from Carlos Nelson, Supervisor of Elections, and Danny Bartlett, Chairman of the Board of Elections.

There is also evidence of flipped votes. Please ask your county commissioners to demand a written explanation of:

How did Absentee Batch 11 flip from Trump to Biden and was then scanned and counted twice? Who did this?

If they cannot answer these questions then this election system should be shut down. I first provided this evidence to Elmer Thrift in October 2023 and Danny Bartlett in January 2024. Neither provided an explanation so I sued for answers. I'm not asking for a penny. I'm trying to secure our elections.
