I was never a book worm, unbelievable? 4 years ago, I started reading book summaries from the Headway app cos hardly any book interested me enough . Started with 15 minutes daily, until I settled with 40 minutes daily . Feels good to hit a year streak of reading full books.

@rhondathegirl Body odor comes when you sweat and it mixes with dirts on your skin. Bacteria interacts with all that releasing the odor. Solution : Bath twice daily, use deodorant on armpits twice daily, and spray your clothes with perfumes on heat spots of the body (inner arms, wrists etc)
