NAV360™ update, for several of you that have reached out, and are interested in the latest developments. I am proceeding with caution, and making sure I thoroughly understand all the ongoing conversations.

We’ve officially received USPTO Notices of Allowance (NOA) for these trademarks:

• NavTrack™
• NAV360™

At the same time, early-stage feedback is underway with the Oklahoma State New Product Development Center. Everything is progressing as planned.

We’ve also had initial conversations with two major trolling motor manufacturers and a leading engine company. These discussions are ongoing, and I’m gaining a deeper understanding of how large companies evaluate IP and approach joint development agreements.

This process takes time — but it’s clear how serious this opportunity is becoming.
