Groups affected include, but not limited to:

2. Tricare
3. CVS-CareMark
4. Loomis
5. Davis-Wilson
6. Health Net
7. MetLife
8. Teachers Health Trust
9. dozens of insurance companies.

Data includes:
1. active US military PII
2. dental records
3. payment
4. claims
5. patient PII including SSN
6. source code

Change is not cooperating with the group and the discourse is becoming public and messy.
