My second visit with the Southampton High School (NY) athletic program did NOT disappoint! 🔥

On our second visit, we went deeper…challenging athletes to examine the elements of a positive team culture through the 2 Minute Culture Test.

There’s something special about returning during preseason and having the opportunity to dig deeper, ask better questions, and help athletes recognize the role they play in creating the culture of their team.

A special thank you to Director of Athletics Darren Phillips for his faith in me and, more importantly, for his belief in the power of developing positive leadership in every athlete.
