@CraftMillard @mcuban Company CEOs are surrendering profits by overpaying TPAs for care because they are not looking at the underlying numbers. That is the part that’s tough to understand. @mcuban says they are just passing the buck to HR. Not sure that’s what the Board of Directors wants to hear.
