You didn't read the screenshot that I posted? I agree 9.5% is still higher than what I'd like, but they'll keep coming down. It wasn't that long ago @unchained loans were around 16%.
And the other thing is is if you're using the borrowed money to make money. Bitcoin itself will take care of the 9.5% itself over time.
