An Update on Fan First Ticketing:

We want to acknowledge the frustration many of you experienced with the Fan First ticketing process.

While we shared that fans could sign up for an opportunity to access the ticket queue, we should have been clearer about how the system worked. To help combat bots, we first verified registrations using a number of signals that bot accounts were unlikely to have. After this verification process, the number of eligible fans still far exceeded the number of tickets available. Rather than placing every verified fan into a single queue, we distributed ticket access through a draw system among verified accounts. We also should have communicated the outcome to all registered fans, rather than leaving many of you waiting and refreshing your inbox for an eligibility email.

We’ll have a second wave of tickets available at the end of August. We're currently reevaluating the ticket distribution process based on your feedback and we plan to share more information on any updates to the process along with when tickets will go on sale.

I do not care about her cosmetics i care about a quality product and game, and in my opinion the game is not quality.

@sleygz @PolloColorGamer i can go on and on. you say Lux will be a cash cow and fund the game. Maybe, but there are champs that deserve to be in the FIGHTING game other than, jinx, ahri teemo, lux, senna samira, and cait. ranged characters should not be 50% the roster of a FIGHTING game
