@DOBETTERCSA @AldiUK I’ve eventually got a partial refund, stilling waiting on customer service contacting me even though 3 different people have promised to do so. I had already placed an other due to be dispatched 11 April so 🤞🏼but lesson learned I’ll not be back with #Aldi online

@lea121 @AldiUK Leanne yes I finally received an email reply, BBQ missing in the courier system, they will refund £349 but not the £9.95 delivery charge, for the item that was not delivered! #Aldi online are horrendous.

@AldiUK Well guys 3 weeks after I bought the Kamado BBQ I finally received generic reply below. Then an hour later an email stating the refund will take up to 10 days and £9.95 delivery not being refund! Really! #AldiUK
