@rcsloggett @alf_collins (I'm v up for getting my hands dirty if anyone wants to fund research into something no-one in govt/the NHS wants to know about, i.e. how prevention must always have counterfactual costs. I still firmly believe it's a v good and necessary approach, just not entirely magical.)

@rcsloggett @alf_collins The ROI should also include ethical good (healthier, flourishing lives) & wider economic impact (fitness to work, etc) but we do need a holistic understanding of the LT budgetary impact of prevention rather than believing in v narrow & simplistic (& fantastical) economic analyses

I am astonished there is not a single mention of action to address racism, bullying and harassment, or making the raising of concerns safer and more effective. Is there a reason for this glaring gap?
