Happy with the rise on my #sourdough loaf baked today. Baked it from room temp- oven was cold and preheating when I put it in - 1 cup wholewheat and 2 cups white @RealBread. Bake took 1 hour -without having to wait 1/2 hr for preheating it’s an efficient way to bake

Whole grain Spelt sourdough -my second attempt - first was a collapsed disaster- this time slow rise in fridge overnight then baked in hot oven and voila! @RealBread #soudough #spelt

9year old came home after day 2 today... They are spending this term learning about @joancbaez , her music and work on #SocialJustuce ...what a fabulous subject to teach our children and connect them with global values we all share!
