Made a honey and oat enriched sourdough loaf today. It looks heavenly but I just can’t get the sweet and sour flavours to chime. Will not be pursuing more of the same.
Today I'm revisiting the sourdough made with a stiff starter. This is a technique I have learned from @HenCorner, and will be the second attempt. Will bake tomorrow. Watch this space.

Searches are continuing in and around Kirkcudbright for 72-year-old Joyce Kirkland. She was last seen at 10pm on Friday night. Police, Coastguard and inshore rescue are all involved in looking for her
