@cybernewslive As a recipient of one of these letters, why don't they have to disclose through which merchant/client the breach happened? Shouldn't there be transparency in knowing how I am personally affected by the breach? why is Experian the only repository offering credit protection svcs?

@HellgrenWJZ @wjz This is the declarations section of the 1003, declarations are not filled out using the credit report. These questions are asked by the loan officer at the end of the 1003 along with the LO either asking her race and ethnicity for HMDA reporting and the manner the 1003 was taken.

@AskCapitalOne I did, I was told a case was opened and that was a month ago. If I waited 30 days to follow up or resolve an issue with my employer I guarantee I would be fired. Lack of communication is wholly irresponsible and detrimental to any future relationship I may have with Capital One

@SenJoniErnst Curious, what are your thoughts on jurors in private meetings with Defense Counsel? Should that set a precedent for any other trial to be held? A rapist or murderer's counsel can have a private meeting with jurors?
