This team is 7th in available cap space.
The last 2 SB Champs are 22nd and 26th.
They don't sit on a "core" group and think that's enough. It never is.
The core group wins enough to justify the massive ticket increases, to increase profits.

Cheap.

But they won't trade picks for players.
One comes with a salary, the other doesn't.
Organization is STILL cheap and only cares about profits, hence the recent ticket increases.
