The McConnell freezing incident is a transient ischemic accident (TIA) until proven otherwise. TIA is a temporarily blocked artery in the brain. Although it doesn’t cause permanent damage, it’s a major warning sign of impending stroke. He needs to seek medical attention ASAP.
