We can Farm without fertilizer
This farmer in Dubai has achieved remarkable results by cutting down water usage on his farm by 90% and increasing yields by 300%, using ZERO inorganic fertilizer, thus making the production at a very low cost. This is accomplished through an integrated farming system involving tilapia fishes and inactive bacteria.
The process uses inactive bacteria and honey, each making up 5% of the bacterial solution respectively, with water comprising the remaining 90%. This solution is then poured into a fish pond containing the tilapia, where the bacteria convert ammonia to nitrites and then nitrates, which are then used as organic fertilizer. Essentially, no inorganic fertilizer is added.

@Nig_Farmer Pig is a good option because of multiplication by birth and expansion. Even if you don't get profit back immediately, the business, after a short while, will take care of its expenses without you adding your own money because you always have stock for sale
