@pegobry_en Some truth to this. I would also argue outside of France. The national team with more Africans in them, ex. England, Netherlands, Germany etc.. have actually got worse. The 80s, 90s and early 2000s had a higher standard. The hitting puberty earlier on average is a big reason.

@DrSteveGoeddeke Depends! Everyone uses a sauna now and make people have sub par stomach acid to absorb nutrients. Personally, just take a good zinc supp that also includes copper at the proper ratios. If in doubt, just get blood work.
