@nowtvhelp hi. my 4K tv box keeps crashing back to the something went wrong message on screen. Is this an issue with the box or will there be a software update to cure it?

@nowtvhelp Hi. Sorry for the late response. Night working. I’ve tried the full reset and it worked for about 30mins then a blue screen with unknown page error message. Then have to go back to the Home Screen and start again...

@nowtvhelp Thanks for your reply. I’ve reset using the button underneath, but will try a power down reset later. Works for a while after pressing the reset but then just shows the something went wrong message.
