@martinhfilipe @txdvm1 I wanted to and that was my initial plan, however 1 I didn’t have pins small enough (actually attempted to use a disassembled IV cath) and 1 I was worried about the thin cranial fragment and nowhere to really put a second pin.

@txdvm1 @martinhfilipe Ngl it was actually quite easy. The fracture displaced quite a few of the surrounding soft tissue attachments. I preplaced the cerclage wires before inserting the IM pin, so just threading behind each fragment before aligning and tightening.
