【使いたいと考えている人へ】
このサービスについて絵描き側から見て少々気になる点があるので注意として幾つかまとめ

このサービスにアップロードしたイラストはサービス運営者の中だけで処理されるわけではない。
プライバシーポリシーを見ると、OpenAI、Tripo AI、Meshyなど、複数の外部AIサービスへデータが送信される仕組みになっています。
ここで問題になるのが「自分で自分の絵を入れる場合」だけではないという点です。

②
利用規約では他人のイラストを許可なく使うことは禁止されています。
実際にアップロードする人が本当にその絵の権利者なのか、作者から許可を取っているのかを事前に確認する仕組みは確認できません。

つまり絵描き本人がこのサービスを一度も使ったことがなくても第三者がネット上から絵を持ってきて勝手に入力してしまえば、その作品が外部AI事業者へ送信され、3Dモデルや派生画像などを生成される可能性があります。

③
外部AI側で入力データが学習に使われるかどうかについても、「各サービスとの契約条件による」とされています。

権利者である絵描き本人からすると
「自分の絵がどこへ送られたのか」
「保存されているのか」
「学習に使われる可能性があるのか」
「削除を求めたら外部サービス側まで消してもらえるのか」
といった重要な部分が非常に分かりにくい状態です。

もちろん規約上は無断利用禁止です。
ですがあくまで「無断利用した人の責任ですよ」というルールであって、作品が外部AIへ送られてしまうこと自体を事前に防いでくれるものではありません。

複数の外部AIへ画像を送信する仕組みはプライバシーポリシーには記載されていますが、「画像1枚からVTuberを作れる」と紹介されているサービスの表側ではかなり分かりにくい情報になっています。

自分が使わなければ無関係、という種類のサービスではありません。
第三者に勝手に使われた場合、自分の知らないところで作品が複数の外部AIサービスへ渡り、派生物まで作られる可能性があります。

規約で禁止されているから安全、とは考えず権利者側から見れば相応にリスクの高い仕組みであることは知っておいた方がよいでしょう。
