It’s been 3 years since his pops passed away from ALS. It is ALS awareness weekend, and of course he hits a pinch hit homer. Amazing. Baseball never ceases to fill our souls. Giddy yup!

We are deeply saddened at the passing of former Rockies color analyst, George Frazier.
A retired MLB pitcher, George was a mainstay and the voice behind many classic calls on Rockies broadcasts from 1998-2015. For a generation of Rockies fans, George Frazier was synonymous with Rockies baseball.
Our thoughts are with George’s wife, Kay, and his four kids, Matt, Brian, Parker and Georgia, during this time.
Our April MiLB Pitcher of the Month is Blake Adams!
In three starts for Single-A Fresno, Adams went 1-0 with a 1.06 ERA (17.0 IP, 2 ER) with 12 hits allowed, two walks and 20 strikeouts.
He has tossed 12 scoreless innings across his past two starts.
RIP Mike Radcliff, legendary longtime executive of the Minnesota Twins and HOF member of the MWSA.
One of the most loved and respected executives in baseball. Tremendous career, great baseball man and a greater person. He will be missed.
Mill Valley 2015 State Champion,TE Lucas Krull has been elevated to the Active roster for tonight’s game between the Saints and the Buccaneers. We are extremely proud of you and all of your achievements so far, and we know this is only the beginning. Good luck on your Debut #1-0
Colorado’s 14 overall All-Stars are tied with Tampa Bay for the most in MiLB this season. Additionally, the Rockies are the only club with multiple players named as their league’s top prospect.
Watch many of the elite pitchers.
They don’t just lift their knee to a static stop.
The front foot makes a circle.
This preserves momentum and enhances the stretch-shortening cycle.
