Man, Airbnb brings out the worst in people.

I had a friend lose everything in the fire.
She has a toddler, a dog, and a tote bag.

That’s it.

She wants to start rebuilding again.
Found a month long stay, was suppose to start on Monday.

Canceled today, with no reason and no refund.

Nothing support can do.
No other places to stay.

Predatory human behavior when someone is at their lowest.

Bad hosts have ruined the platform.

I just don’t know how Airbnb comes back :/

Been working on this for months! I'm joining Ridge as chief creative partner and joining the board.

Honestly they're the perfect partner to start making actual products. Big and experienced enough to have the manufacturing expertise to turn ideas into reality BUT not too big that they're unwilling to listen and be nimble. I have a lot of product ideas, and together we're going to actually make them happen
