@carelnolte @EasyEquities Hi Carel, I have 30 properties in my portfolio, and I monitor then quarterly reports each month. 27 of my properties are tenanted, but only 12 have paid any rent the last year. Of those, the yield was 2% for 7 properties, then 4, 6 & 10% on 1 each.

None of your properties generate are generating more than a couple of cents per share, yet Easy keeps advertising ridiculous potential rental income.

@MakiMarish @EasyEquities You can sell them when it comes on auction. A selection of properties go on auction each month between 16-25th, so there we go.

I love the idea but am frustrated that even though many of the properties recorded a profit this month, zero rental income was paid.
