Our style of beer is primarily American style ale. We are a licensed NYS farm brewery, 95% of the hops used in the brews are our greenhouse grown hops.

Weastern IPA
East/West IPA 5.4% ABV

Made with New York grown hops and a splash of West Coat hops to give this beer a citrus character with a slight bitter finish.

Chinook IPA 5.6% ABV

This is a single hopped beer made with our whole cone Chinook Hops. A slightly spicy/ pine flavor balanced out with some of the finest New York Grown Malts with a little bite of bitterness.

Cashmere/Cascade Pale Ale 5.0%ABV

Made with a blend of our whole cone Cashmere and Cascade Hops gives this beer flavors of citrus, floral and a hint of tropical fruit with a mild bitter finish.
